This is a great summer lunch. Cook some prawns on the BBQ then make a salad – toss your favourite leaves in a bowl with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then add the cooked prawns. Serve with lashings of Bill’s Spiced Pear Chutney and warm crusty bread.
